Overview

A Hyper Extension is, and can best be described as follows: A Hyper Extension is a free weight bench that is used for performing strengthening exercises for the upper, mid, and lower back muscles by bracing the feet and elevating the hips. The user lies prone, with the thighs resting on the larger pad and the feet braced under rollers positioned by the hyper extension base, and then raises the upper body until the hips and waist are fully extended.
